How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Standardsdog Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Standardsdog Mold Help
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

Still, we want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Standardsdog Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@standardsdog.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also go to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, that licensing agency may be able to help too.
