Standardsdog Mold Help is a referral service. We connect homeowners who have a mold problem with independent local providers. If you run your own mold business, you may be a good fit for the network.

This is not a job posting. We do not hire employees or crews. We are looking for independent contractors who want homeowner calls and requests.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who do honest work and treat first-time homeowners with patience. That could be:

• Mold inspection and testing companies
• Mold remediation contractors
• Contractors who handle black mold removal
• Providers who also fix the moisture source or can work alongside someone who does

You should serve homeowners in or around the regions we cover. Smaller outfits are welcome as long as you do solid work.

What We Expect

Being in the network comes with a few ground rules:

• Hold the licenses, registrations and insurance your area requires
• Give homeowners written quotes with a clear scope
• Explain the work in plain words, without pressure
• Respond to requests promptly and be honest about your availability
• Never promise insurance outcomes or specific results
• Treat homeowners fairly if a price changes after hidden damage is found

We cannot supervise your jobs. Your work is your own, and so is your relationship with the customer.

How the Arrangement Works

Providers may pay for the introductions we send. Terms differ, so we go over them before you join. You choose the jobs you take, set your own prices and run your own schedule.

How to Apply

• The services you offer
• Your license or registration details
• A short note on how you handle quotes and moisture problems

We review each message and reply if there is a fit.
